• Gather stakeholder input on learning needs
• Discuss purpose and goals of the ITS PCB Program from 2011‐2014

  • Break out group instructions
• 9:00‐10:30 Break out groups:
  • Planning/Architecture/Decision making
  • Deployment/Operations
  • Institutional (Design, Procurement, Policies, etc.)
  • Questions:
    • What are the critical challenges within these stages?
    • Who faces these challenges?
    • What type of knowledge is needed to address these challenges and
      where are the gaps?
    • Would training/education or technical assistance make a difference?
    • How should that training/education be delivered to be most
      effective?
    • What are the top priorities?
